「Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. I never received the information so I had to call and that resulted in a delay in check-in. Other than that everything was perfect. 」

「Plus: v clean & tidy. Modern equipment.comfy sofas.parking. Cons: slippery shower base - needs a rubber mat.need booklet on equipment to explain the controls. Needs a secondary form of heating eg oil fired electric radiator.」

「Very smart well equipped apartment. it had everything you could need. Superb location with great terrace and views.. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms, great lounge and kitchen. If you are going into Torquay go through the garden and down the steps, very quick and easy (we got taxis back!). We did struggle a bit with the electric ceiling heating, although the instructions were comprehensive it was difficult to know if it worked.」

「Great location in the heart of downtown Exeter with the Cathedral right outside the front door. Restaurants, shops and Exeter Central train station all within an easy walk. Pictures are true to the flat and it is very well equipped.」

「This was a lovely property, ideally situated in between Lyme Regis and Charmouth. Could not fault the property at all. A very quiet peaceful location which we will visit again. The SW coast path lies just behind the property, but dont worry if you end up on a golf course, this is a part of the coast path.」
