"Everything in the riad was top notch. Only had one issue with one of the staff member. Hassan was overly friendly and gained our trust. He then connected us with a taxi driver who scammed us. the rate was decided ahead of time but after the trip he was asking for triple the amount. He also took us to a shop that scammed us and overcharged us. When we returned to our riad, Hassan was no where to be found. He knew he did us dirty and hid from us. I feel like Hassan and the taxi driver works together to scam people by gaining trust. Be careful and don’t trust anyone there."

"We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well organised and clean. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very well looked after. "Great staff, breakfast. Close to mall, nice seating around the pool.Wifi inconsistent. Elevator got stuck on floor 0 multiple times. Many extended day tour groups start from here. Overall a good property. We extended our stay at end of tour."
