「This is a massive place with many levels which was confusing. Also, I didn’t realized that this hotel is geared to family with kids, many kids. This is a perfect place for a family with young children but if you want a quiet stay, I wouldn’t recommend it. As far as the location goes, there isn’t much ( restaurant options) near the hotel so it wasn’t convenient for us. Reserve your breakfast early on line, we were told. Lastly, one of us (out of 3) had to sleep on the mat…not so comfortable.」

「As I was expecting with the rating, it was clean and spacious. But the parking was stressful. Especially when I had a mini van, parking was very tight and didn’t have enough parking lots.」

「I felt that there was no problem with the staff's response. However, the room was not cleaned enough and some hair had fallen. And since there is no outlet on the desk, I felt it was not suitable for working.」
