"There were roaches in the room "

"The room itself looked clean upon entering, but there was urine in the toilet seat. Hair inside the bathtub. There was left over red liquid inside fridge. There were greasy finger print on the phone on the table. There were droplets of some sort of food or liquid in the table and all over the floor by the table. One of our pillows had some green dirty streak in it, so we threw it on the floor. Rest of bedding seemed clean. Floor was dirty with some dirty dark spots. There was no staff at front desk and I even said “hello” and no answer. I left my key at the front and left to check out and then had to call the hotel to check out because no staff was present. This hotel is nice and has potential, but whoever is in charge of house keeping… they need to go…. At least there was no carpet! Everything else seemed very clean and new. "

"We had a lovely week stay here, extremely clean, quiet and secure, felt very safe! The house was well equipped and nicely laid out, comfortable beds and good shower.John the host was very attentive, goodcommunication and very helpful in letting us keep our luggage there until the afternoon as our flight wasn’t until the evening (even though it had been cleaned on our check out). Nice little treats left for us as well which was a nice touch and appreciated. Would definitely recommend and return in the future,a 5 star from us. Thank you "

"My husband, I and our 2 year old toddler twins had amazing stay. The cottage was perfect size and the price is unbeatable. We went to the pool everyday and the other residents were so sweet to our babies. One of our toddlers has autism and everyone was very polite and patient. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We packed a lot of stuff because of other places we have stayed have never had as much as this cottage had. I can’t wait to book with her again. She is so sweet and very quick with responding to questions we had. "
