"I had a pleasant stay at this place in Naples. It’s a simple and older property, but it has its charm and is perfectly suitable for a short stay of a couple of days. The location is very good and convenient, which made getting around easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for something modest, well-located, and comfortable for a brief stay."

"1- Our rooms 363 and 364 had bed bugs. We could not explain why we were itching like crazy until we saw marks from bed bugs all over our bodies . This ruined our vacation. 2- We traveled with service dog and notified hotel when booked . After we checked in no one mentioned anything to us for 2 days , then we got a phone call to come and speak to a manager. First , manager accused us that our dog is not a service dog. This was offensive to us and our dog who was trained by a certified K9 trainer for the last 3 years. Certificate and service dog ID / tag was provided to the manager. Then manager accused us that cleaning service opened our room door and saw dog in the room by itself . I did not know I was supposed to take service dog to the bathroom with me and also questioned manager why cleaning person opened our room with the sign on the door " privacy " . That was clearly a violation of our privacy. To summarize - bed bugs, violation of privacy , requesting service dog information only after 2 days of stay, accusing us for bringing non service dog by a manager with no credentials to do so. "
