"Good service. Clean room on arrival but no effort to clean during stay. Just clean towels left. Dinner good but limited menu. Breakfast excellent. Lots of choice and good quality. Didnt like coffee in flask. It became bitter over time. On arrival there was a beautiful birthday cake for my partner"

My apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The facilities were excellent, I especially loved the pool and sauna, which were the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Everything felt clean, modern, and very well maintained. "I had the most wonderful room in the old part of the building. Warm and spacious, comfy bed, lovely seating and dressing area, clean bathroom with a lovely shower! I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Quick and easy walk over the lovely river to the RSC and Stratford. Parking on site is easy but limited, but there is plenty of parking nearby. The best thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff that we spoke to. From welcome to departure all the staff couldn't do enough to help! Wonderful place!"
