In general is okay

Our stay was a little disappointing. The exterior of the property needs maintenance, with a deteriorated facade and overgrown areas. Upon arrival, there were strong unpleasant odors on the lower level, and seeing piles of bed linens in common areas was not a good first impression. The room itself was acceptable. The sheets were clean, and the air conditioning worked very well. The best part of our stay was definitely the breakfast area: it was pleasant and clean, the bathroom was very well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, the property has potential, but it needs more attention and maintenance, especially in the exterior and common areas. With some improvements, the guest experience could be much better.
