There is additional sleeping space in the apartment, comprising a single sofa bed situated in dining room .There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- Smoking is not allowed only in the back garden please for health & safety - There are free on street premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property as are young children & babies with travel cot and baby chair provided ( for 1 baby ) if more than 1 please provide your own .
There is a Sauna & cold water spa on beach opposite which we can provide 25% discount for bookings when staying at our property . Also port harbour where Jetski and boats are launched and wildlife such as Swans that swim a stone throw away from this amazing property and open plan living with lounge and dining room having direct sea view.
Ps. Deposit to be paid either by the booking site used ( credit card ) & if option not given than by bank transfer headlined “DEPOSIT” 5 days before arrival & check in .
Deposit amount £250.
