"Room is huge and clean. Got the room with 2 double beds and it was fine for my family of 4. Location wise had to walk 10-15 mins to the train/bus station, and it’s a longer walk to reach shopping, food and tourist spots. Onsens were good, breakfast spread is good, no complaints. "

"The staff was very friendly. The king size bed was huge. I think it was 2 double beds put side by side. The room was clean with a lot of free amenities. The food at the restaurant was very good. "

"Spacious apartment complete with washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove and tub centrally located in town for an exceptionally reasonable price. The train station was behind us and the promised soundproofing was great. Some staff were able to speak English and were incredibly kind and helpful. Love the eco cleaning system! We extended our stay two more days to enjoy Takayama. Well worth it! "
