"The location is great and very convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive. The host never responded to any messages, making communication extremely difficult. The property photos — many items shown are old, broken, or completely unusable. There was no outdoor lighting, and the glasses were dusty and poorly maintained. "When we arrived for my son's 8th birthday (he wanted a vacation where he could see a river AND a mountain) the host showed all three of my children how to catch crawfish in the irrigation canal that runs next to the property. The boys were delighted and spent the rest of our week-long stay hunting for various life forms (bugs, frogs, crabs, etc) in the canal.
