「Basic accommodation a stones throw from the beach」

「Property was not clean. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere, ant infestation. Needs new beds, lounge and general maintenance to blinds, doors windows and electrical, pest control and a top to bottom clean.We left early. Agent put onus on us to call about all the issues rather than accepting that the property was not ready for holiday letting. Had been vacant for some time.Could be great」

「The apartment is owned by The Perfect Host and he lived up to that name. It was beautifully furnished, the en-suite was spacious, AC in all rooms and a large balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for Gladstone. And all at a very reasonable price. Well done, Ian.」

「as with all apartments there could be some extra kitchenalia eg. extra teatowels. However overall it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The beach is close and a great place to walk. Even had some lovely complimentary goodies . 」
