"We arrived at 14.15 and was turned away at check-in. Strict 15.00 check-in unless obviously you pay extra early check-in charge. The two on reception just had no clue. The room was dated and bathroom door was not attached at bottom hinge. Also extractor fan grill was full of fluff didn’t look as if it had been cleaned in a long time. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing and very warm so this part of our stay made up for it a little bit. Overall would i use this hotel again. Well no i don't think...
