"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything about the room was very comfortable and we highly recommend staying here. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us when we encountered an issue with ETC along the way to this hotel in our rental car. (The issue had nothing to do with the hotel.) We asked the front desk how we should handle this issue as tourists and their staff and management went out of their way to make several phone calls on our behalf with the ETC staff and our rental car company explaining what happened. The hotel manager even said that if our rental car company or ETC gave us any issues when we turn our car in, to reach out to him directly and he would help us which was a very compassionate gesture to offer us. Not only will you get a nice and comfortable hotel room if you stay here, but you will also have very emphatic and friendly staff who will go above and beyond! We are very thankful to the hotel management and staff for taking such great care of us! "

"Very easy process to self check in, room spotless, great free drinks options, excellent breakfast (would recommend getting double portion of 'toast', which is delivered to your door at specified time (you must choose order before 11pm). Great location next to lake front. Would def stay again 😎"

The atmosphere, the perfectly curated property, and the delicious meals were all wonderful—but what truly made the experience unforgettable were the people. The team behind the scenes, along with the staff, made us feel so cared for and welcomed. One of the highlights was meeting Roshan, the owner. Learning about his colorful background and how La Terra came to be added such a personal and inspiring layer to our stay. He is a man of many talents, and if you’re lucky enough to meet him during your visit, don’t miss the chance to ask about the antiques on the property—each piece holds so much history and culture. Adding to the charm are the lovely dogs who are very much part of the family at La Terra. Their gentle presence made the property feel even warmer and more like home.
