My partner and I went there for one night, the room is very nice with it's own seating area (two chairs and a table) by the window.
There are yukata's by the entrance where you can pick one out and use during your visit (I totally wanted to bring one with me home, but didn't of course)
There is ping-pong included, just write your name down at the time slot you want to play. Parking's included.
There's also Karaoke but it cost a bit.

"This is a wonderful Ryokan. The staff are lovely and the facilities are great. This is a relaxing small Ryokan with great food and we found it to be the highlight of our trip so far, wishing we stayed two nights instead of just one. The dinner was absolutely delicious and though it was a lot of food we loved every course. The private Onsenji were clean and had great soaps and shampoos. "Property is centrally located in Kinosaki Onsen’s main street and canal. It is also almost in front of Jizou-Yu, one of Japan the town’s seven public baths. Room I stayed in was modern and recently built or renovated. This ryokan has its own bath. Staff at check in was very nice and helpful. They do let you know that staff after a certain time in the afternoon do not speak English and there is an 11:30 PM curfew - they lock the doors. Breakfast or dinner was not included but room and inn were still of great value. It even has its own private balcony area. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would stay again if given the chance. "
