Great views of canal and city to enjoy, especially at night. Cozy, clean and well maintained unit with everything to make your stay comfortable. Minutes away by car to both Indiana University and downtown Indy which was perfect for our visit. I would highly recommend. 」

「Unfortunately, the property was not clean upon arrival. There were crumbs on the floor and someone else’s contact lenses left on the bathroom floor. The shower head was broken, and the water pressure was extremely low. Additionally, the walls were visibly dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time. Disappointed with the overall cleanliness and upkeep.⸻」
