"our rooms are clean, spacious and bright. even the bathroom is huge! and i love the little walk-in wardrobe! never had one in a hotel before, what a pleasant surprise :) the housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping our rooms clean too. love our stay. will be back to Shangrila Futian if we visit SZ again."

"Location, location, location…The place was really well located near shops and restaurants. It also had the metro station right by the corner. Room was clean and the shower water pressure was so great! Beds were sturdy and comfortable. There were a lot of automations in the room such as automated curtains and light sensors. Staff was friendly and they handled Cantonese and English which was highly appreciated. "
