"My experience at the property was good, everything clean and in good condition. But, the pool was missing a suction cover and my son arm got stuck on the hole and it cause him a bruise and pain on he’s upper arm. And the host did not fix the problem and did not offer any solution for the problem."

"Let’s start with the good things. The pool was clean and virtually deserted every day. Plenty of chairs and cabanas! The parking was plentiful and near the entrance as well. Now for the areas of improvement. Small things like lack of dish towels and only two shower towels was too bad. Also, not sure the bed linens were changed before our arrival as there were plenty of hairs on the sheets and pillows. The pillows, were like big marshmallows. Like, would it kill you to have at least one pillow that I could actually sleep on? I had to use my towel instead. It was crazy! The room sits beside all the air conditioners and the blinds let a lot of light in when you’re trying to sleep. Not great since the lights outside the bedroom window never turn off during the night. Just bad luck that they were checking the alarms in the entire complex during our weeklong stay. The noise rang down the halls and was quite annoying. "

"This place was way better than I expected. People should know when booking that the free continental breakfast is at the river front restaurant. The lady running it was extremely friendly and took great pride in how the place was kept. I would highly recommend. I was very skeptical of BW, but this was by far one of the best surprises. "

"The room and bathroom were large and clean. The staff was helpful and informative. We had breakfast before we checked out, which had plenty of offerings and the waffles were great!"

"Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Extremely clean n well maintained home Quiet neighborhood. Perfect size of home for a family of 4 traveling on vacation!!! The Host was extremely helpful with info around the area for supplies. Will for sure be staying here again on next trip to Fort Meyers Area!!! "
