"We had an amazing weekend in Cape Coral! Keith has a beautiful home and it was so family friendly for our two toddlers! Keith was so quick to respond and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit!"

"We absolutely loved this property! Inside was clean, comfortable with everything you needed and more! Outside - was amazing - we spent all our days in the sun, enjoying the pool, hot tub, canal and tiki hut. Host was very responsive with any questions (which were few) Would stay there any time in the area!!"

"Everything about this place was excellent, except the check in process. We received several text messages/emails prior to our stay about how we would receive check in information 30 minutes prior to check in time but it never came and then we had to start making calls and finally got in after about an hour. There is a disconnect there that was confirmed by the individual who finally got us the instructions. That being said, the space was wonderful and had everything we needed including laundry/dishwasher soap which is the last thing you want to have to purchase on vacation. The pool was amazing and heated (as promised). We had the pool to ourselves daily because most folks living at the Landing are off working so it was quiet and serene. Honestly, the pool was like new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and they even allowed us a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!"

"The staff was excellent, and the stay was great with no noise issues at all, Overall, everything was very clean. The only areas for improvement would be updating the shower curtains and doing a more thorough cleaning of the bathtub tiles. Other than that, it was a great experience."

"My experience at the property was good, everything clean and in good condition. But, the pool was missing a suction cover and my son arm got stuck on the hole and it cause him a bruise and pain on he’s upper arm. And the host did not fix the problem and did not offer any solution for the problem."
