「The staff was courteous and allowed us to check in early so we could get to the wedding on time. Which was awsome. But the front elevators were out of order so we had to walk all the way down the hall and when we got to the 3rd floor we had to walk all the way down that hallway to our room. I was not told the wifi network, which is not intuitive at all, and the room phone didn't work to make a call from my room. The wifi was then accessed, it worked slowly, and it stoped working. I was told "Right now I cannot give you any room on the ground floor because it’s fully booked. There is no extension. You are too far from the router. I’m sorry.” What? Why did the wifi previously work?...
