Me and my family took a few days off and visited Sharm el Hsikh. We had a last minute reservation with the hotel, and we don't regret any bit of it. The manager Yehiya was really attentive and helpful and gave us more attention than we actually expected throughout the trip. He recommended us the dining options qithin the hotel and took special care of our elderly family members with wheelchair facilities and breakfast in the room whenever needed. Staff of the hotel were always friendly and willing to help and very courteous. The resort had all the facilities we needed for such a short trip and we will definitely come back.

Struttura in fase di ristrutturazione. La gentilezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale hanno però fatto dimenticare alcune pecche relative alla datazione della struttura. Cibo ottimo. Altamente consigliato l’upgrade “Royal club”. 10 € a persona al giorno (minori di 12 anni gratis) per mangiare nel ristorante sulla spiaggia, più tranquillo e con cibo di maggiore qualità. Spiaggia molto bella, laguna abbastanza ricca di pesci, ma svariate possibilità di accedere al reef tramite escursioni

Tutto bello ma un occhio alla pulizia

Camera familiare molto spaziosa ma sicuramente da ristrutturare e da pulire a fondo sotto i letti c’è sporcizia centenaria. Abbiamo chiesto la culla prima di partire dall Italia ce l’hanno data dopo 2 giorni che eravamo lì,è stato impossibile anche contattarli prima di arrivare per avere un taxi abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci appena arrivati in aeroporto. Il cibo essendo in Egitto è quello che è medio fortunatamente c’è la griglia. Ma anche qui l igiene va migliorata molto i tavoli sono sporchi le sedie anche i bicchieri a volte non sono puliti. I ristoranti alla carta fanno italiano che italiano non è. Il posto della pizza molto sporco. Le note positive sono sicuramente la zona parco acquatico i bambini si divertono molto e le piscine in generale molto belle È un buon resort ma la pulizia è importante e va migliorata assolutamente
