"Thank you for your services. The accommodations was neat and clean. The place it felt like home. The staffs was lovely and friendly. The only thing was concerned that on arrival we didn’t get to move into our own apartment that was originally booked. And was send to different place. It was a big surprised as I’ve been traveling for long journeys. Then during the preparation for our wedding week and we have to moved the apartment. We was so busy that, we didn’t remember the moving date. But...

"This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Nothing to complain about and only good things to say. When the power went out several times, as it is prone to do occasionally in Kathmandu, the generator kicked in immediately. Heater worked well, for the cool nights. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again."

"数日前に予約したのに、それをスタッフが確認しておらず、着いたら1部屋しか用意してもらえなかった。信用出来ないので、次の日に新しい宿を探すことにし、2泊だけ泊まることにした。しかし、次の日も、アパートメントなのに、冷蔵庫もグラスも鍋も皿もゴミ箱もなく、キッチンと空の棚だけがあり、なんの意味もない。挙げ句の果てに、朝食を8時に頼んだが、8時20分になっても来ないので、受付に降りてゆくと、忙しかったけど今からやりますとのこと。来たのは8時40分。その食べたあとの皿は、夕方部屋に帰ってもテーブルの上に置いたまま。勿論、シーツもタオルもそのまま。追加のタオルを頼むと、無いとのこと。スタッフ全員がバイトみたいな若者で、英語も通じにくい、、、。ネパールでこの価格帯で合計200泊ぐらいしてますが、ここまで酷いのは、初めてです。 "

"Excellent hotel, well located in Thamel, very comfortable and terrific value for money. Bibas and his staff could not have been more helpful during our 8 night stay, going above and beyond by providing me with care and support after I sprained my ankle badly. The Indian breakfast option is delicious and proved to be a huge hit with our party. Would have no hesitation recommending. "

"We had a business suite, which was spacious and very clean. Treally all hotel staff was super friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed as well both house restaurants, which served high quality food (The Chimney wins..) Truly a 5 star hotel in a great central location. When we come back, we will stay here again for sure."

"Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good, next to the garden of dreams which was a good marker when travelling around Kathmandu. Short walk into the Thamel nightlife, restaurants and bars. Money exchange office very close to the hotel with the rates the same as others within the city. Pick up from the airport was included and helpful in initially finding the hotel. For the return to the airport the hotel arranged a minibus and we paid, about £5. The only downside is if you have mobility issues as there are no lifts. I would recommend this hotel!"
