We liked that we got a cheap 2 bedroom place to sleep that was relatively close (20 minute drive) to Disneyland. If you're expecting a hotel, you will be disappointed as it's not close to anything other than pure local neighborhood. If you don't speak Chinese like we can, you won't have an easy time finding this place or getting drivers who can. It is really like a hostel, as each room is rented out separately and bathrooms are shared. One bathroom is an under the stairs hose spray shower tiled room like you will find in most Chinese houses. There is no kitchenette and minimal dishes. There are room air conditioners/heaters that work, although they can be loud with regular clicking. The beds are hard. The rooms are big enough.
On the positive side, the hostess tried to help resolve room problems. She does speak a little English, but was at work most of the day so we couldn't quickly ask questions. Her uncle gave us a ride to Disneyland for 40RMB. If you are comparing prices to any real hotel, it is not comparable. It is priced like a hostel and feels like staying at your distant cousins house overnight. If you don't expect a hotel, you will be very happy. If you expect a hotel, you will be disappointed.
