フロントの人、声小さ過ぎて何言ってるか分からなかった… 部屋は快適！バスローブがふかふか！でも眺めはイマイチ。朝食は、普通だったかなぁ。

デザイン性も高く、部屋も綺麗で申し分ないホテルです。ルームサービスではタイ料理をオーダーしましたが美味しかったです。また、冷蔵庫の飲み物は無料でホスピタリティも高くオススメできるホテルです。

Minimal interior with Zen-spirit design is pretty much sophisticated an comfortable in comparison with other "Chinese luxury" star-rated boring hotels. All personel at front desk are cheerfully and business-likely working. People who serve in restaurant and cafe are not very best yet.

シンプルで快適

便利な場所に立地している。デザインはシンプルで落ち着いていて快適です。朝からサウナが利用できるのはあまりないです。部屋のバス水洗がぬるいお湯しか出なかった。シャワーは出たけれど。

Incredible interior, great hospitality

When we arrived the hotel, the perfect stay started. A door man with nice smile welcomed us, and beautiful front desk staff also welcomed us with warm smile. A English speaking staff with perfect English helped us to check-in, and upgrade room type. They serve us welcome tea and towel, that was nice smell and good taste. While we enjoy them, the front staff finished our check-in, then introduce us whole service we would need to very clearly. The lobby is very wide and good mood. The front desk staff followed us to the room, and introduce us how to use the room. The room include a lot of complimentary drink, including perier, beer, and other beverage. Our favorite was the room's interior. We know the designer was Neri and Hu, who are the top designer in the world and awarded a lot living in Shanghai. Their interior was perfect, the color used in the room was very comfortable to stay there at our vacation. I have stayed many 5 star hotel in Shanghai, the interior and service is the TOP in Shanghai I told you!! And they adopt paper-less service to avoid putting service guide book in rooms, they set that in TV program. That was very user-friendly and easy to find what I wanted to know. Their amenity was also incredible. Natural shampoo and conditioner and body wash were served in the room, therefore they put new ones when we used them and went out of the room for our dinner! We loved their bath salt and enjoyed 2 times. The design was thought how people feel comfortable.

A nice alternative to the Bund area which is a lot more crowded with tourists. Some lovely local stores and high end malls all walking distance. Hotel was great - not the breathtaking variety but rooms are large and stylish.
