The hotel is at great location, breakfast is fantastic, staff at the restaurant also, concierge helpful, and all other at the desk reception; Rooms are incredible clean and we loved the special care, and little staff they did for us like preparing the bed, putting mask ( cosmetic) for eyes or face, towels are so good quality; Coffee shop had nice espresso drinks and sweets. China is such a interesting country, way ahead to other parts of the world

Conveniently located near the subway station and yet away from the tourists area. You can walk to the nearby Jing A Park or chic Café with the old Shanghai ambience. If you want more active activities, just jump onto the metro, within 10 minutes you’re there. The hotel provides good amenities and good size hotel rooms, a legacy of the luxury from the 1980s. The hotel is well kept up. Rate is reasonable. Highly recommended.

The hotels maintains well. The staff is very responsive. The bathroom of my initial assigned room has mold on shower wall though the room itself is very clean. The staff immediately relocated me to a newly updated one after they heard about it. Very impressive for their quick action. They really place customer satisfaction at the very core of the business operations.
