Breakfast area was heavily under-staffed. Management was poor. Waitress at the reception didn’t have ideas how to allocate seats. Cleaning up was highly inefficient. To be honest, it was a bit chaos.

We are sorry to hear about your experiences in the hotel. Please accept our sincere apologies. As confirmed with our operation team, all of our hotel rooms are equipped with double curtains. Curtains in city view/lake view standard rooms are manually and electrically in all of other rooms. We would be very pleased to provide the curtains closed service for you during your next visit to us.
