「This was a nice little house with everything you need. Our contact was very approachable and helpful. There were nice little details such as little flower bouquets which made it even more cosy. There is quite a loud street next to it, but as we used the place to explore the island this was no problem. We'd strongly recommend the accommodation to anyone who looks for a lovely place to stay in Stornoway from which to do trips around Harris and Lewis. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.」

「Very well appointed property, spotlessly clean and fresh. Plenty of toiletries for guests convenience and lovely soft towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and when the coffee machine developed a fault, Gemma had it replaced and upgraded within a couple of hours with a terrific machine which kept me suitably caffeinated for our stay. Great host.」

「Great place to stay with easy access to the rest of the island.」

「This was the perfect spot for 2 of us. Very clean, practical and easy to find. Will stay here again when we return. 」

「We stayed here for two nights with friends and loved the spacious, elegant rooms, great view, and convenient location. It was a lot of fun to explore the castle and the grounds are beautiful. Breakfast and lunch are available in the cafe downstairs; unfortunately other typical hotel amenities such as an on-site restaurant, bar or gym are not available, nor was there daily housekeeping. But for our short stay we didn't miss any of those things, as we were busy sightseeing, and it's a short walk...

「1 Stern haben wir abgezogen weil die Stühle in der Küche sehr unbequem sind und der Backofen und das Gefrierfach dreckig waren. Außerdem zieht es am Fenster im Bad und in der Küche. Ansonsten war es toll. Vielen Dank 🤗 」

「A great little flat, good location and no shortage of parking, The flat is perfect for a couple or family with a couple of kids. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, nicely equipped and very comfortable.Some nice little touches, include a couple of beers and some chocolates awaiting on your arrival. I can't fault it and would definitely stay there again the next time I'm visiting Lewis.」

「The property was excellent - everything we could possibly need, very well documented The location was quite remote, but so beautiful and full of wildlife - visible from the house (but not intrusive!) The house was warm and cosy even in a rather cold and rainy spring. 」
