    Upstairs, the private waterside bedroom has stunning sunset views and shares a luxury bathroom with a soaking tub and stand-up shower with another queen guest room equipped with a desk for remote work. Each bedroom is designed for comfort with plush queen-sized beds and linens. (There are no laundry facilities at this home)

Soothing Shores was everthing I had hoped it would be! I was looking for a home on the water, where I could surprise my husband for his 60th birthday, with a nice weekend of good food, views and relaxation. I was very pleased to be able to book just two nights, although once there we did not want to leave. The home was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in, and the added touches were over the top. There were beautiful fresh cut flowers and roses, chocolate treats (Andes mints, which my husband loves) here and there, and little travel sized toiletry sets in each bathroom. We also had bottles of water waiting for us. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you can think of needing to prepare and cook meals; and the outdoor griddle was perfect for cooking outside on a beautiful summer day! All around the home, inside and out, is a naturalists dream, with a beautiful array of plants, flowers, bird feeders, and even a safe drinking spot for the bees. You can sit out on the waterfront deck(s) and watch the amazing sunsets or go down the tram to the private neighborhood beach or dock. I could go on, but overall Soothing Shores is the perfect home for us to get away and relax! We will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

Last minute getaway with my husband and another couple. We wanted to stay in Annapolis but couldn’t find anything available since this was a last minute decision. Found this place in Servena Park and it didn’t disappoint! We had a beautiful view of the Servn River. We were about 20-25 min from Annapolis depending on traffic so it wasn’t too far House was charming and had everything we needed We loved taking the tram down to the public beach dock It was very clean and beds were comfortable. I do think the cleaning fee was a little high but other than that everything was great !

The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need. They even had two coffee makers! I loved how there were some condiments in the fridge just in case. And she also had fresh filtered water on the counter

Like going to stay at the home of a cool friend. Laid back, stylish, and functional. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great views! Great kitchen for cooking, but everything you want in restaurants and activities are just twenty minutes away in Baltimore or Annapolis. Grocery store three minutes away. Friendly neighborhood. Good river access. Excellent contact with management. I hope we’ll be able to come again!
