"The elevator was broken when we got there and no one had notified us. Had there been someone handicapped with us it would have been a real problem. Staff was very helpful. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The King Room was nice and clean. Located in a nice area. The drinks and food at the bar were nice. The only downside was the parking. The lot is small luckily I have a small car but once you’re parked you’re hesitant to leave because there may not be a space available. The overflow lot isn’t finished. Overall I’d stay there again especially when visiting the area for a night or two."

"Rooms were clean, mattress was stiff, needs updated carpet, the maid staff was too noisy in the morning and it woke me up before my alarm. The TV is not a smart tv and only gets fish channels, otherwise the stay was okay."

"The location of the house was great! That said, as a Combat Veteran with a Service Animal, we were prohibited from having our Service Animal at the property. This resulted in multiple nights that my wife and I stayed at a different property because of the need for Service Animal. The reason given for this restriction was allergies of the property owner, however it was clear that there was a dog bed in a closet and dog food in the garage. I attempted to inform Sean from iTrip Annapolis, the rental company responsible for the property, that this was not in line with both federal and state law. He said this was non-negotiable. He offered to attempt to find a comparable property, but this was at 8:40 at night after my young children had already gone to sleep. What was extremely bothersome was that this decision to force the removal of my Service Animal only occurred after I was asked what services the animal provided. I cannot recommend this property to Service Members, Combat Veterans, or individuals with disabilities requiring a Service Animal."
