「Just finished a 2-night stay here, and it was fantastic. I'm a clean freak, and this rental was SUPER clean! My son attends the Naval Academy, and he was able to stay with me for one of the nights. Beds were comfy, and it was nice having a TV in both bedrooms. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and it was great having a washer and dryer available to use. I would definitely stay again!」

The street parking in the area was also good. We were able to find a spot right around the corner. The location of the property in relation to a lot of the sites in Fells Point was perfect as well. 「Such a unique and lovely spot! Perfect for our weekend getaway. So many small touches that made us feel so welcomed. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures to notice it’s lifted out of the water, but with the wind & rain overnight we were thankful as we still heard the water lapping underneath but didn’t get the same rolling all of the nearby docked boats had. Just steps from the Big Owl Tiki Bar where we had the best crabcake sandwiches. Will definitely be back, thanks again! 」

「The Oaks is in an absolutely perfect location and checks all the boxes a large family needs for a stay. We booked it for our wedding at the AYC for close family and it was far superior to booking 6 hotel rooms where everyone would have been locked in their own rooms. "スタッフは親切な対応です。 電子レンジを使いたいと受付に言ったら部屋に持って来てくれて、宿泊中無料で使えました。シャワー・浴槽つきの広い部屋で満足です。 比較的治安はよく、10分くらいでレストランに行けます。食料品のお店は近くには見つけられませんでした。 交通の便が今一つでPenn駅までタクシーで15−28ドルくらいかかりました（ウーバーにすればもっと安いと言われました。） Expediaで支払った料金に加えて、施設・サービス使用料とかに別途毎日約30ドル請求されました。"
