「Overall, the hosts were great. The place was modern and updated and very clean, everything was well kept and the property and the water were beautiful. On the location: I didn't realize from the pictures how close the neighbors are. It's like being at a cottage in the suburbs. The neighbours were all nice but it being the first long weekend of the summer, everyone was doing lawn and deck maintenance which meant constant noise during the day. It didn't feel at all secluded. 「Was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival to a suite which was excellent except it had steep stairs and I was travelling with an elderly person. Loved the upgrade but should have been told at the time about the stairs. Was ok, we made it work. Beach area is lovely with a very large clear view of the lake, very quiet and very much enjoyed sunrise and sunset sitting on Muskoka chairs on the dock. 「This property ticked all our boxes and Steve was a great host. The cabin was well appointed and clean and at just about a 2-hour drive from Mississauga was easily accessible. I would highly recommend this property to those looking for a place to decompress / relax.」
