"This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying overnight while traveling. The staff is delightful. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, clean and comfortably, as is the entire facility. The food is top notch, the pool and gym facilities are outstanding. I can say without hesitation, especially as a solo and female American traveling for the first time through Asia that I have been made incredibly comfortable, safe, and welcome. The hotel truly lives up to its name. If I could give more than five stars I would."

"The hotel is convenient and great for Airport stop overs. It is really clean and has everything you need. The pool is amazing too! The only issue is noise - you can hear everything going on in the corridors and planes passing over. The hotel does provide earplugs which was great! I slept well and noise wasn’t an issue once I put those in. Would definitely stay again."

"Great for a stopover in KL Airport T2. Signage could be better when you come out of the elevator. Desk gave me a key that wouldn't open the door, not what I needed when I didn't have much time to sleep anyway."

"Good access to terminal 2, but inconvenient to terminal 1. Note that you may just be buying a set number of hours. Lots of stores and restaurants immediately outside hotel."

"When we arrived it was a very beautiful and maintained hotel. The view from our room was fantastic with the lake and seeing the bridge lit up as well at night. Very clean and they provide complimentary items such as toothbrushes & toothpaste, shower gel, tea and coffee in the rooms so all you need to bring is your clothes and work items. The only downside is they don’t provide bottled water but filtered drinking water by tap next to the bathroom sink. Breakfast was good with many options, including homemade egg station so it’s made fresh to order. We also had dinner most night in the hotel which was nice. Would definitely recommend the beef burger. The rooftop pool was really nice and enjoyable after a lot of travelling too and from the F1 in Sepang over the weekend, however the bar was never opened sadly so you couldn’t fully benefit from it so perhaps it’s something they can review moving forward as I think more people would use that as the gym is also on the same floor. The location is fine if you drive but if not then grab is probably your only option as the metro is 10 minutes away by car and there isn’t many options nearby for eating out or even local shop to buy things like bottled water. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone as it’s a quiet and remote part of the country"
