The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us. I stayed at the Kyoto Via Inn before and had great impression, so I booked the Okayama Via Inn as well. However, the hotel is convenient as it is connected to the train station but there's a restroom smell in my room and full of black mold around the window that makes me feel quite uncomfortable.

Front desk was very helpful in switching my reservation from a smoking to a non-smoking room. Rooms were decently clean, and the location is conveniently located near Okayama station.

Room was clean, comfortable and relatively spacious. Breakfast was very good and lots of options. Location was great. Train station, castle, canal road, mall and restaurants all in walking distance. Highly recommend.

The hotel was great and comfortable. The free breakfast and free parking was super convenient too- I didn't realize both were free. The amenities were very nice. I would stay again!

Our plans have changed and we needed to cancel the last two nights. The hotel gave us a full refund with less than 24 hour notice. Very helpful!

I’m not interested in writing copy for you.

Great and comfortable stay

Great stay. Room had everything I needed & was clean/comfortable. Staff made hospitality clear even when our common vocabulary was limited. Close to shopping/dining/public transportation & also walkable. I extended my stay!

Clean and new hotel. Direct access to the station. Not fancy but it has everything you meed.
