3泊を2泊にしようと、日程の変更を貴社ネットから依頼しようとしましたが出来ず、チェックイン時に事情を話し、電話をして貰っても誰も予約の変更ができず、結局3泊分徴収されました。ひどいシステムです。他のホテルは、予約のキャンセルと新規予約で対応してくれたのに、このホテルは一切対応してくれません。
