I liked that this place had closets unlike other places. It was quite clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had a hard time finding the entrance which was on the side of the building; better instructions needed about that, as well as a clearer map of the building.

One of towels we used had stale smell but other than that it was good. It was good to have a guard/receptionist there on the first floor. With us getting there late, it would probably took us a bit time to find a proper entrance to the building. A receptionist happened to be outside and he was so helpful!

We stayed for one week at KPOP Gangam and it was in a great location if you want to explore the COEX Mall area. About a 4 min walk to Seosong(trade centre) Subway Station where you can catch subway to other places around Seoul. It is about 45 mins to Myendong though - if that is the purpose of your travels. Seoul is much bigger than what it appears on a map. The Room was clean and spacious for my family of 4. Owner was contactable and provided clear instructions for check in. The building is secure and plenty of eating places around it. It is about 40 mins by taxi to Gimpo Airport and cost about 35,000 Won and further to Incheon.Taxis are affordable and Uber is handy. Subway is cheap and efficient. Get the Climate Card if you will be using the subway a lot. Washing machine was handy and plenty of cutlery to help with in-room meals. We had a great view of Lotte Tower being on 18 floor. Seoul we will be back!

We really loved our stay at this place. There are a convenience store in the building and very good bakeries nearby. Also, you can walk 5 minutes to the Coex and will find so many stores and restaurants. Amenities at the stay was great and it was very well equipped (microwave, fridge, stove, filtered water) and amenities (toothbrushes, toothpaste, body soap, shampoo, rinse and towels)
