快適で便利、親切なホテル
家族４人での滞在でしたが、広い部屋にキッチンも完備され本当に快適でした。 キッチンに必要なものはすべてあり、洗濯機も利用しましたが洗剤付きで乾燥までできるので、助かりました。 キッチンには、日本のタイプAプラグがそのまま使えるコンセントが4つありました。 リビング、ベッドルームはSEコンセントでしたが、こちらからお願いしなくても変換プラグを2つ貸してくれ、自分でも2つ持って来ていましたので全員がストレスなくスマホ、タブレットの充電できました。 ベッドルームにはコードレス充電もありました。 シャンプーが１日で足りなくなってしまいましたが、フロントの方に言ったらたくさん追加を持って来てくれました。 地下鉄４号線と９号線が両方使えるので交通の便もよく、地下で直結しているので雨の日も移動が楽です。 本当に快適で便利、親切なホテルで、またソウルに行く際は滞在したいです。

今回はお部屋のアップグレードもしていただき、とても嬉しかったです。 でも、ルームクリーニングのお姉さんがシーツの交換をこばんだり、バスローブのやコーヒーの補充を忘れてたりと、これまではこんなことはなかったことなので少し残念です。でもそれ以外はスタッフの方々もみんなとても親切で快適な、ソウル滞在でした。 これからもこのホテルを利用させていただきたく、思っております。

カジノ直結の子のホテルには二度目の宿泊。1年近く前の前回の宿泊履歴を記録してくれていて、自動的にスイートにアップグレードしてくれた。 そして、部屋にもまた戻って来てくれたことへの感謝の直筆手紙が置かれていて好感が持てた。やればいいサービスというのは誰でも分かるが、やりきるのは本当に難しいのでこれは素晴らしいと思う。 部屋もソウルのど真ん中とは思えない広さで本当に快適だった。金浦空港との行き来がまだよく把握できてないが、また次回も泊まろうと思う。
