「The person at the check-in desk was extremely friendly and personable! We were originally roomed next to a guest who had several cats and was smoking, and the smells of both were very strong. The desk staff was able to move us to a different room a few doors down which was a big improvement that we were very grateful for, though we did see a staff member throw something at one of the cats which was upsetting. Breakfast was surprisingly expansive and much appreciated. 」
