This home sits on over an acre of land in a private lakefront setting at Lake Keowee in S.C.

Large water views abound throughout the house.

It has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 13 people, each bedroom with its own bath and a separate bunk house that accommodates 5 people.

It has the perfect outdoor living space for gatherings with an expansive upper deck, patio sitting area with TV, covered dock with swimming platform and seating to relax, a private beach, fire pit, outdoor cooler, horseshoes, and an outdoor shower.

The main living area has cathedral ceilings, wood flooring, and a wood burning fireplace for cold winter nights. The kitchen is well stocked and has seating for 8 people.

There is a pool table and a family room with ample seating that looks out to the immense back yard and pristine lake.

There are 4 kayaks, paddles, and an assortment of life vests to enjoy the lake as well as outdoor game fun.

Close to grocery shopping, restaurants, and 16 miles from Clemson.

Wonderful stay at the lake! The house was better than the pictures and spotless. We enjoyed nice crisp fall weather which was perfect for smores with the fire pit, but still got some kayak time as well. The host was super easy to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. It was great!

Great spacw

We spent five days here as our older was graduating from Clemson. This is very close to Clemson and right on Lake Keowee. It is a great property with nice views. We are already thinking about a lake vacation here.

Great Time

Lake Vacation

Great property! Perfect location, exactly as advertised!! We rented a boat from Keowee Marina, kept it at the dock for a few days, couldn’t have worked out better. Perfect way to finish off the summer.

What a fabulous home on the lake! It was perfect for our group and had plenty for everyone to enjoy and space to spread out. The extra room with bunks was great for the younger ones in our group to stay up later and not disturb the others! Highly recommend!

Great day, especially for the lake views and close to Clemson

We had a good stay for the weekend with the family. Everything was as described and I especially liked the kayak for use and lay out of the house. The family enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit and relaxing! Can’t go wrong.

Love lake life

What a lovely property right on the lake. Floating on the water, sitting on the small beach on the property watching the sunset, grilling out in the evenings made our time so relaxing. Lots of green space outside! Very comfortable living space inside the house too - comfy beds and large couch for relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Loved all the watercraft, boat dock, grounds and property layout. Encountered a very musty smell to house when we arrived, maybe due to having benn closed for awhile but once opened to outside air, it was fine.

The best.

The best Host and best home on Keowee. Our 4th year of many to come with Camy. For those that have not yet stayed at this beautiful property, it is the perfect home for a family. Right down to a private sandy beach for the littles ones to wade in, to a pretty little island to swim to for the older guests. Great central location on the lake close to other attractions. Great location and backyard was beautiful

Home was very nice, we spent most of our time on the lake and it was beautiful. Yard, dock, kayaks and location on the lake were perfect! FYI- bunkhouse is wonderful but only sleeps 4. The pull out bed underneath is blocked by a waterline now and was not usable, one of our boys couldn’t sleep with the others but their was plenty of space inside.

Long Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the lake house for a long weekend getaway! Our two families had plenty of room. The bunk house was a big hit with the boys ranging in age from 8-13. The dock and fire pit were wonderful as well. The house is only about 30 minutes from Clemson. It was an easy drive to enjoy a Clemson football game during our stay. Our only complaint is that we wish we could have stayed longer!

Love this property

First time staying at this property, we usually stay in a larger house but had to downsize because we had less people. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The property owner communication was very professional and insightful. The house had a very comfortable and homey feel to it. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful spot on Lake Keowee!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lakeside house on Keowee. Having a bathroom available for each bedroom was fantastic. The kitchen was big enough for several cooks to be working at once which is always helpful with a bigger group. We loved having the option of playing a game of pool or relaxing on the spacious sectional. There were plenty of kayaks and water floats and enough space on the dock where we could sit and lounge in the sun and still have room for people to jump in the water. The shoreline was perfect for launching kayaks and the firepit was substantial enough to make it safe and a great place to hang out. The only downsides were that the remotes for one tv had dead batteries (long enough dead that they were corroded) and the homeowner, when informed, had no solution. In my opinion all of that sort of thing should be in working order upon rental. The other improvement they could make is taking care of the weeds and trimming the trees. The grass was cut and trimmed.

What a wonderful home! Beautiful views and beautiful property. The owners have the house well stocked with whatever you need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds. The bunkhouse with that beautiful bathroom is a great retreat for anyone. The dem has a huge L shaped sofa that is quite comfy. We plan to visit again!

We had the best week at this lake house with our family! We enjoyed jumping off the dock and floating in the lake. The kids loved the beach area. The property is very nice. The fire pit was so peaceful and relaxing at night. Overall, a great lake house experience.

Many areas for large groups to hangout, cook, dine. There were 10 of us from 4 - 65. Never on top of each other.
