「I’ve stayed here several times for more than a week at a time over the years because I need to be in this particular area. This is not a fancy hotel, but for the price, it is great. The rooms are as pictured in the photos. Simple, but always clean and the staff are extremely nice. As with much of Addis, the area around it is changing/developing dramatically. If you need to be in the Arada or Amist Kilo area, I’d stay here.」

「I spent one night in one room with no water,cockroachs and outdated furnitures.The pool is only Symbol. It is no more a sweamingpool. One member of the staff told me the water looks clean but it is dirty.」

「It was really terrible stay.I forgot my clothes and they didn’t return it back to me.it was really noisy in the room. I would not recommend it.」

「This is a run down, filthy hotel not fit for a stay at any level. It was likely not updated in the last 20 years. The hotel really should be demolished. I left a day early and went to another hotel. This hotel was over 70 dollars per night, more expensive than most hotels. Any positive reviews out there must be from many years ago or they're not authentic. I would advise everyone to avoid this place.」

「The staff are excellent. Manage.ent needs to put more effort into maintaining rooms. Showers fill up due to poor plumbing. Sewage smell in the bathrooms. I've been in 3 rooms and it was the same everywhere. Also lots of mosquitoes in the room when we slept at night despite being on the 5th floor and not opening windows. There must be a nest in the vents. We had to use bug spray when we slept but still had a envy of bites.」
