"Very good location in Umeda. Lots of restaurants, bars and clubs around the hotel. About a 5 to 8 minute walk from Osaka Station or Umeda Station. The hotel has public onsen but only baths and showers, no sauna. There is a Lawson inside the hotel that is 24/7. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. Check in is self service but staff will assist if you need help. Check out is also self service. Some people seem to complain about the ducted air conditioner on reviews, but there is a separate air con panel beside the bed where you can adjust the temp and settings. There are laundry facilities in the hotel. There is no water bottles in room, but you can use the water dispenser on each floor and you can take your cup from room or fill up your own bottle."
