"Perfect location. Renovated Holiday Inn from only 3 years ago. Five stars fir everything but size of rooms and shower, but no hassle since you'd be drinking champagne at St Andre's downstairs."

"The area is amazing, well located to metro but all that is needed is on the road anyways. It is so safe and quiet in the evenings, we felt very safe. Close by to tourist sites but away from the bustle. Matthias was very help, gives great recommendations and advice based on your interest. The very late evening reception is not helpful, one man that sits there and doesn’t even greet you and not helpful with anything you ask. Everything else is great at this hotel, breakfast is incredible - so much variety and quality."

"Our "family" room was a good size (3 people for this trip, but could fit 4). The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is unusual in that it has two entries, one of which is a curtain that is semi-transparent and faces the glass shower... The glass shower also has one side partially open, so you'll need to stand right in the corner to avoid soaking the floor. The room fridge included bottled water, 2 sparkling and 2 regular, in large glass bottles! We filled our reusable water bottles with the regular water and ice from the ice machine on our floor for day trips and enjoyed the sparkling water in room at the end of a long day. The hotel was located just a 5 minute walk from Gare Monparnasse, shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around Paris. The staff were all helpful and front desk was also accessible via WhatsApp! We were able to store our luggage securely when we arrived earlier than expected. I liked how we could tap our room keys on the elevator controls to automatically and easily get one of many elevators straight to our floor. One downside: we didn't try the Umami breakfast buffet, but had planned to visit the "Grab + Go" counter to pick something up before a couple of early morning departures for a timed entry. Unfortunately they failed to open at 7am that Saturday as posted in their hours, and after waiting 20 minutes we had to scramble to go elsewhere to find breakfast before heading to our destination. Overall an excellent stay!"

"Why haven’t you booked this, if you are reading this review, you should not wait. Hotel is right next to Gare De Lyon, smart way to travel around Paris. Take metro, RER or sncf, it’s all here. Amazing lobby on Mezzanine level, rooms are superb. Having stayed at another hotel in Paris as an American tourist, this hotel hits the home run."

"Air conditioning was locked at 20 celsius so still hot. Junior suite rooms said it was accessible for people with mobility issues but there was no lift and large luggage had to be carried up a very small spiral staircase. Room freshening during stay was fair but not great. Bathroom was very dated. Do not rely on hair dryer provided in room - did not work well. Only provided refreshments on first night and not each night. Breakfast later in the morning was very depleted and slow to be refilled by staff."

"Perfect location, perfect staff, perfect hotel! We had a wonderful 3 nights here, while we ate out every evening we did enjoy the bar in the hotel and its amazing views of Paris. Highly recommend, I think you would need to look very hard for a more complete Paris experience!"
