This is a hostel right in the centre of Paris in a beautiful old building. I enjoyed sharing breakfast in the underground cellar with a group of school kids. The area and setting are fantastic, but for some reason there was a green brightly lit exit sign above the door in my room, that stayed on all night and that really disturbed my sleep. I've never seen this in any other hotel and I can't fathom why this sign was in the bedroom.

It had on the description a private bathroom and that was a lie. The shower was attached to the room with just a shower screen and there was no attached restroom. Very hard when you're sharing a room and need some kind of privacy. Worst hotel/hostel I've ever stayed at and I've been to many. Only good thing was the location.

Very central, affordable, family-friendly location

We stayed two nights at the MIJE Fourcy and really liked our visit. The room was very spacious for two adults and two children, it was clean and the central locaton a big plus. We especially liked the building snd its surrondings plus the friendly staff. Not to mention the family-friendly price that was a lot of value for the money we paid. I can therefore warmly recommend the MIJE Fourcy hostel!

Everything about the facility is great. It’s simple, clean, and in a great location for the price. I had a single room which was perfect for me. The staff were nice and helpful. But do believe the reviews when they say it can get rowdy and loud at night (or perhaps it was just the guest that day), aside from that it was a great stay. Would love to come back in future visits.

Comfortable Stay

We couldn’t have found a better place to stay for our trip. We had 2 nights in Paris and wanted to stay in a good location but not spend a fortune. The location of Mije was in the heart of Marais, close to Metro stops and minutes from Notre Dame. The room was super spacious. We had a private room as there were four of us (2 adults and 2 kids). The room had 4 single beds and a private shower and toilet. It was perfect. Breakfast was basic, an assortment of bread, yogurt, cereal and apple sauce. Overall we would definitely stay here again.
