"After placing our stay shortly prior to our required date we arrived at the room. Access to the unit was a bit sketchy. A key left in a dirty box outside the apartment. The coordinator didn’t know what unit it was for. When that was sorted out we accessed the unit. Unfortunately the unit did not have any of the refrigerators working so we could store the food we had purchased in.
