"After placing our stay shortly prior to our required date we arrived at the room. Access to the unit was a bit sketchy. A key left in a dirty box outside the apartment. The coordinator didn’t know what unit it was for. When that was sorted out we accessed the unit. "Room was very pokey, small and basic. Online pictures were deceiving. On my second night, someone was playing loud music for a couple of hours. Hardly any visible staff. But the one's that were there, were nice and helpful. "
