"After placing our stay shortly prior to our required date we arrived at the room. Access to the unit was a bit sketchy. A key left in a dirty box outside the apartment. The coordinator didn’t know what unit it was for. When that was sorted out we accessed the unit. Unfortunately the unit did not have any of the refrigerators working so we could store the food we had purchased in. "Overall, we had a very good experience at the hotel. The public spaces are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great though because cruise lines use the hotel, the breakfast area can be extremely crowded and a little chaotic when these travelers try to have breakfast at the same time. We did find that housekeeping was not well organized. The housekeepers would leave cleaning supplies in our room on occasion and once did not make up our room. We would probably not go back to the hotel again."

"Quite cute and whimsy place in a fantastic area for exploring Paris. Room was clean when we arrived, but no additional room service for 5 nights, including no fresh towel and no trash bag for kitchen or bathroom, definetly beyond comfort. We used nespresso maker and water kettle only, but could have warmed up small meals with the dishes available in the kitchen, including a true freezer. The shower is not really functional for anyone less mobile than „excellent „ since entry is over the toilet with less clearance than a size 6 foot. No grab bar to allow the free climb into and out of the shower to become more secure. The windows open in a courtyard, very nice for quietness, no traffic. It is one of the smoker designated areas and we woke up several times from cigarette smoke in our room. Last but most important, there is not functional connectivity in the room. A table of possibly available networks is on display, but most were not available in our room, or the provided PW didn’t work, or connection kept dropping out. With T-mobile connectivity abroad we also could not get sufficient data to upload a document or even make a TGV reservation on 3/5 nights. When I called, a very friendly but exasperated employee brought another table of wlans and passwords and we were able to connect more often for long enough to finish booking the rest of our journey."

"This is an old, run-down hotel that looks NOTHING like the pics. It is not in a good area (we had to be there for work) so we did not expect the Ritz, but it was Really BAD. Our room was not ready when we arrived, so we PAID, checked in, and left our bags. When we returned a few hours later, the man at reception could not even find our reservation! We gave our names, passports, and even the room number we were told we'd get, but it still took him 15 minutes to find the room we ALREADY PAID FOR. Then he rolled out someone else's luggage, because he couldn't find ours! Each bag is numbered and tagged, so this carelessness is inexcusable. Also, there is not enough hot water for 2 people to take a shower after a 15 hour flight, nor do they have ice (!) bc they lost the recipe. TRULY AWFUL - you will do better to stay in a hostel."

"Just got back from our stay. Went for my anniversary. Was no customer service and I paid a big price for little care and understanding. Staff couldn’t be bothered, ended up paying being overpriced and overlooked. Then they wanted me to paid more for a room set up which was £280 on top of my bill for the room I already paid for. Outside was stunning perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Was impressed. Part from that was left disappointed and heartbroken, for what was meant to be an unforgettable experience between me and my girlfriend. The French was rude and didn’t like the English ! Little fogs don’t stop at the Pullman hotel again !!!!!! Unless your a millionaire and a walk over"
