The location its really good, very close to the beach ,restaurants ,markets. The breakfast and the pool were the best. We got a room without hotwater, but the weather was so hot that we didn't need it. (maybe it was hot but we couldn´t feel it). All the people there , very nice (:

Not worth it (book something better)

I booked this stay because it had nice reviews, it was close to the beach and wasn't that expensive. I wish I had booked somewhere more expensive instead. The hotel is very run down, the safe deposit in the room did not work, the pool was not fresh so no one even took a quick dip there etc. The linen in the bed had stains, the wall mount for shower hung on by a thread and the entire hotel smelled really strongly of something chemical. not very impressed unfortunately.

Honestly, the location is great. Walking distance to eat street - super easy to get a grab, very convenient. The room itself is small and relatively worn however the air-conditioning is fantastic and the bed very comfortable. My only real disappointment was the bathroom - broken tiles, missing grout, had a funky smell and no hot water. Thankfully I always travel with disinfectant spray so that cleared up the smell... But the cold shower remained. The pool was lovely, clean and because it's a smaller hotel, often empty. Breakfast was basic. A la carte which the staff are happy to bring to your room for you. The highlight of this hotel (apart from it's location and price) are the staff. Not invasive but always on hand and eager to help. I cannot rate them highly enough. They replaced towels daily, refilled the amenities and had the air-conditioning running for me at check-in. Overall, for the price, this hotel is fabulous. I was here for 8 nights and apart from the cold showers (which weren't bad when you've come me in from the heat) I haven't got much to complain about. Great for budget conscious travellers who are happy with basic accommodation.

The staff were all very nice. There was no hot water. Everytime it rained it leaked into my room pools of water on the floor staff promptly cleaned for me when I told them however nothing was done about it and the wet curtains were just left in my room for the stay. The complimentary breakfast was very nice the rooftop terrace is beautiful but could be utilised more for evening drinks perhaps.

I love this hotel. Although not so clean but its quiet, and the location is perfect.... Good hotel with this kind of price....dont expect 5 star hotel with 30 usd price. Come on sweetheart

Cheap enough for the location

Nice location for getting around in Seminyak.If you are looking for cheap accomodation this is your spot.The room was ok however the air conditioner was dripping water on the floor which could be dangerous if you got out of bed at night and slip.The bed linen was stained.The bathroom was small and moldy bathroom tiles.Open bathroom design which was annoying because after shower there was so much water so I recommend showering in the morning before house keeping,that way they can clean up the water for you.If you shower in evening,prepare to mop up the water yourself.Shower was not hot enough,took too long for the water to warm up and when it did was only lukewarm.If you are on a budget,this place is alright but if you want comfort,this is the place.The pool was small and very little space for sitting if you just want to get out of the room and chill by the pool.

Just what I was looking for

This property is clean and smells good, with strong air conditioning and everything in good working order. Incredible location, 10-15 minutes walking from Ku De Ta, Potato Head, and La Favela, all without being on a ridiculously busy street. If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in a good location, this is a good bet.

Close to Seminyak sq about 3 min walk Room was ok except bathroom was not the cleaniest, the breakfast you only had choice of certain meals, the pool is small ok if not many people staying there, only two chairs and two bean bags around the pool

Kjempesentralt og veldig bra i forhold til prisen

Kjempesentralt! Rett ved hovedgatene, Seminyak square og Mexicola. Veldig bra i forhold til prisen. Frokosten er ikke noe å skryte av men det er 100 gode kafeer rett ved som man kan ellers spise på. Anbefales om man vil bo billig og sentralt med grei rom standard.

Great location!

We had a king room near the pool which I wouldn't choose any other room. The shower only has a curtain which allows water to go everywhere within the bathroom. The room is pretty small so your luggage takes up a lot of room - we only had two carry on bags. The hotel is located close enough to seminyak but hidden so you don't hear the nightlife. This hotel is for a budget and very basic person who wants a great location
