"Excellent location! Very quiet, friendly and hospitable staff. Breakfast was very good. The sauna area which could be booked and used without other guests was also a plus point. Shame that the restaurant wasn't opened the two days we were there. "

During our summer stay, we enjoyed the variety of activities offered and the excellent cuisine prepared by the chef and his team. "Amazing hotel, EXCELLENT FOOD, EXCELLENT ROOMS, amazing views, but get ready- lights are off in the lounge before 23:00 so having an after dinner drink seems almost impossible. I wish the lady who was in charge of the bar was more hospitable towards the guests that don’t want to go to bed early. Other than that, the staff was great and super helpful. And listen to the wine recommendations- always worth it!"

"A beautiful historic property in the heart of Vipiteno. The young ladies at the front desk were very accommodating in offering to park our car in a distant SA lot when the on-site parking wasn’t included in our type of reservation. We were able to walk right out the door and into the heart of the old town. The room was beautifully appointed with every amenity needed which helped to offset the lack of view. In the morning we were provided an excellent breakfast with a wide array of food options. We really enjoyed this stay!"

"Lots of attractions for kids, rooms a bit small, but ok. Staff very friendly. Close to mountains and next to cable car 🚡. Lots of free parking spaces. Hotel offers free access to local transport links like busses or trains to Innsbruck, so you can leave the car in the hotel and travel by train to Innsbruck. Inside the hotel there's also train tunnel museum which is interesting and free. Food was quite nice too. Would recommend. "
