"The hotel staff were nice but very inexperienced. They have NOT been given good systems and instructions to work with. They lost our dinner reservation at the on site restaurant after confirming it the SAME day. The waiter at the restaurant was very rude and dismissive. VERY LAME considering its really not such a high end place. They should not pretend like they are a fancy restaurant in Paris (actually I've never had a problem like this in Paris). "It was a good place to stay for a night before a morning flight. Lovely pool and the staff were all very nice. Clean and well kept. Food in the restaurant was not so good though as no was expensive. I also hated the paper cups in the bathroom that kind of disintegrated. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been great."
