「The place look like years ago it was great as advertised but not any more. They need to update the pictures and amenities. The patio could be better to enjoy if they update the grill and hammock. Hammock was too dirty with mold that we didn’t even want to touch. Same as the grill. The inside of the house it was ok. Unfortunately we couldn’t use one of the beds because it was full of fire ants and black ants. Imagine if one of daughters was allergic to ants bites as other people? That would it be...

「Palmer’s Guest House was clean, cozy, and perfect for two people to stay in. The rustic interiors were lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. Kristin was very accommodating and threw in a complimentary bottle of wine and a voucher to the restaurant. We had the Sunday Brunch and it was a great meal in a beautiful restaurant. We’ll be staying here again next time we’re in San Marcos.」
