Great place for families !! Love the pools and the arcade !! Rooms are very clean and spacious staff was very friendly and welcoming my family loved the place highly recommended !! Only thing l didn’t care for was the Mexican restaurant on site cause the food was just kinda of bland but other than that I would definitely stay there again !!

There was machine’s blowers from a water leak .. everywhere.. but made the best out of it

We stay here once or twice a year. Parking has always been included in the stay until recently. We accidentally paid for an hour instead of the day and when we asked the person checking us in if they could help us. The person told us to go back outside and bring our car to valet and they would repark it and them they would correct the parking fee. Hearing this come out of the persons mouth sounded so ridiculous and unhelpful. So you want me to go back outside on one of the hottest days and then have to tip another person to park my vehicle in the same area. it was literally 114 degree's outside and parking is in the other side of the building. Besides that the room did not look clean. The rug had food crumbs and the sink had a women’s foundation dripped in the sink. Usually I would say we love this place but not this time. I hope the next time is better or I may have to find a new place to stay.
