This serene home is nestled beneath the stunning red rocks of Coffee Pot and Sugar Loaf mountains in West Sedona. Its ideal location grants easy access to plenty of hiking trails within a short, pleasant walk from the neighborhood. Nearby, you'll also find Posse Grounds Park, the largest multi-use park in the area, featuring baseball, soccer, basketball, and football fields, as well as a swimming pool, skate park, and more—all with equipment provided for guests! Despite being just minutes away from top-notch restaurants, shops, grocery stores, tour offices, and cafés, this luxurious home offers a peaceful retreat that feels far removed from the hustle and bustle of town.

Spanning 1,918 square feet, this single-story home boasts an open floor plan with plenty of natural light flooding the inviting living spaces, which showcase beautiful red rock views. Featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.
Upon entering, you'll step into a bright and airy great room accented by charming wood beam ceilings.

Main Living Room: This space is bathed in natural light and includes stylish, contemporary furnishings, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a welcoming ambiance perfect for relaxation.

Second Living Room: Here, you'll find additional seating, including two reclining leather chairs, perfect for gathering with loved ones or watching your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV. This room also offers access to the backyard.

Kitchen: The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen includes all necessary appliances, such as an electric range, and ample counter space for meal preparation.

Dining Areas: Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for four, offering captivating red rock views. Additionally, a formal dining area provides seating for eight, ideal for hosting meals with friends and family.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed, a Smart TV, and private patio access. The en suite bathroom includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Offers a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, a desk area, and access to a shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Includes a queen-sized bed, a Smart TV, and shared access to the full bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination.

Outdoor Area: Unwind after a day of adventure on the covered patio while soaking in the breathtaking red rock views. The outdoor space includes comfortable seating and a propane BBQ, perfect for grilling and enjoying the fresh air.

We loved our stay in Sedona. The house was great and had everything we needed. The host responded to us in a timely manner whenever we had questions. The location of the rental was excellent. We had a beautiful view from the backyard with easy access to trails, yet still close to town for food and shopping. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the Sedona area in the future.
