James at the reception welcomed us warmly and provided us immediately with the room even though we were there way earlier. I have appreciated that type of kindness. Moreover, James specifically put himself on the front line for any specific request I had and his professionalism is what a great Hotel should always prioritize. The cleaning ladies on our floor have been very thoughtful and kind with us, always smiling! Last but not least, the staff at the Sophia restaurant, from the bar tender to the hostess, I have appreciated the professionalism and the service they provided every time. Thank to all of you for a great weekend, my family will definitely remember this experience on their way back to Italy! "

Our only problem was that the heat in our room wouldn’t turn off and could not be properly adjusted so we ended up opening a window for better ventilation and cooling. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Also, if an area with an ice machine for guests can be added that would be very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "
