「This was our 4th stay in Sebatu; previously at an adjacent but now closed property. We chose Uma Kelod due to it's location, solid and modern appearance and great value tariff. The room was adequate, clean and well maintained. It had only basic facilities - a jug with basic coffee and tea, a regular TV, adequate AC (but no fans), and a small bar fridge. Free WIFI is available and very good. The bathroom was well appointed, but our hot water service did not work for the first 7 days. The room was...

「I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room was very comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, and the laundry service was careful and reliable. The only insects I saw in the room were a few ants, and even those appeared only occasionally at night during the rainy season. One thing to note is the location. Since the hotel is in Bangli, it can be difficult to get a Grab taxi. The area does not allow advance ride bookings, so...

"Maybe partly because the building is a bit old, but there were some small bugs. Given that it's in a tropical area, having bugs around is pretty normal, but if you really can’t stand them, I’d recommend choosing a different hotel. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes! The food wasn't overly spicy, and many dishes allowed you to customize the flavors to your liking, which was really fun. My favorites were the Bubur Ayam (chicken porridge) and the strawberry yogurt. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. While cleaning, they’d check in with us asking things like, "Do you have everything you need?" or "Would you like more of this?" The balcony was absolutely amazing! You get a great ocean view, of course, but the sunrise and early morning skies are stunning! At night, the moon looks so beautiful. We even had a bird visit us in the evening, and we got to watch fireworks right from our balcony—maybe from someone's wedding! It was such a beautiful experience."
